Is Community really free?
Yes — the full Builder, the runtime, the 36-atom catalog and JSON export are free forever, open source (AGPL), and self-hosted. You never pay to build, save on your server, or run a contract.
What am I actually paying for, then?
AI authoring, version history, shared workspaces, roles, publishing, SSO, audit logs and support. Building contracts and saving them to your server stay free.
Do I need my own AI key?
No — AI is included in Pro and up. We host it (no separate key, no separate bill), with fair-use limits to keep it fast for everyone.
Is everything self-hosted?
Yes, at every tier. Blueprint runs in your environment — we host no managed SaaS. Team and Business add an optional Workspace Service you run yourself; Enterprise adds an on-prem license server.
How does Team’s seat minimum work?
Team is $99 per seat per month with a minimum of 3 seats ($297/month to start). Above 3–4 seats, Business’s flat $399 usually costs less.
How is Enterprise priced?
Enterprise is quote-only — no self-serve checkout. It covers SAML, compliance-grade audit, an on-prem license server, a custom catalog, dedicated support and Partnership advisory. Talk to us for a quote.
